Precise cut parts of aviation leather

North America's first laser-guided water jet cutting system ensures 100% QC inspected cut parts for our aviation leather. Unmatched accuracy and yield are the benefits to Perrone's valued customers. With a tolerance of 0.004in and the ability to zone parts for maximum yield, this option can easily assure customers that they are receiving the lowest per PAX cost in the industry.

Leather dress covers repair

To maximize the longevity of in-flight leather dress covers in the commercial market, Perrone offers an original process and program to receive soiled and damaged leather dress covers and bring them to 'like new' condition. Repairable damages include set-in ink stains, rub-through on leather, scratches, gum, minor stitching repairs and excessive soiling. This process is performed at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Leather cleaning and care equipment

Completing Perrone's offering are proprietary cleaning and maintenance products that will leave fine aviation leather looking beautiful. Products include deep cleaner for leather, leather conditioning cream, ink remover and the one-step leather cleaner with conditioner.

These cleaning fluids can be supplied in pre-saturated DuPont Sontara towels for convenience and ease of use. Specialized training and instruction is also available in this area.
