ABS Jets Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Private Aircraft Management Services

Czech-based ABS Jets provides a range of services in the aircraft leasing and management sector, including aircraft management services, executive charter services, aircraft brokerage and aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO). The company was founded in 2004, with the registered office in Prague.

ABS is a holder of the CZ-8 air operator certificate in compliance with JAR-OPS 1 and the Aviation Act no. 49/1997 Coll. on Civil Aviation. ABS operates worldwide, and has the flexibility and capability to provide a service within 24 hours. Our company primarily places emphasis on its clients' safety, which is why our experienced aircraft crews undertake regular training at reputable training centres in compliance with the latest European standards.

Aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services

ABS Jets Prague provides highly efficient maintenance services based on experience gained through its own executive jet operation. We are an EASA Part 145 (CZ.145.0039) approved maintenance organization and Embraer Executive Aircraft Approved Service Center (EASC) level 2. ABS Jets also holds Certificates of acceptance of several non-EASA CAAs.

Line maintenance services

ABS Jets provides line maintenance on a variety of aircrafts including the Embraer Legacy 600, Cessna Citation Bravo and Bombardier Learjet 60 XR, and is ready to assist according to customers’ requirements, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Base maintenance services

Our experienced technicians have been extensively trained to perform base maintenance on the Cessna Citation Bravo and Embraer Legacy 600 (EASC) jets. Services offered include inspection of up to 48 months, engine and APU changes, structural repairs, modifications, minor interior refurbishments, paint touch-ups, technical washing and interior cleaning, and guarantee services and support.

ABS Jets also provides services exclusively for the business aviation sector. Our professional team offers the highest quality of global services currently available at the ABS Jets centre at Hangar C at Prague Ruzyně Airport – South. As a highly reputable company, we ensure the absolute security and confidentiality of our customers.

Handling is provided under the licence of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic in compliance with all applicable EASA and ICAO regulations. The security is assured by implementation of a security programme approved by the Ministry of Trasport of the Czech Republic. The compliance with adequate insurance liability is also assured. All services follow handling general terms.

Business aviation basic handling

Our business aviation aircraft basic handling package includes:

• Coordination of the flight with the Airports Authority – arrangement of airport slot and parking position (limited airport slots available for aircraft over 5,700 kg MTOW between 22-06LT)
• ATC slot monitoring
• Aircraft chocks locking
• Passengers and crew transport, plus luggage transport from and to aircraft
