Aviation Technical Training EASA-Approved Maintenance Training for Aircraft Companies

Aviation Technical Training is an EASA-approved Part 147 organisation. Our approval contains EASA Part 66 Maintenance Training for CAT A, CAT B1, CAT B2 and Maintenance Type Training Courses for several aircraft types.

ATT offers several online training modules such as human factors, fuel tank safety and human factors, fuel tank safety, and electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) for Part 145 organisations.

Part 66 EASA-approved maintenance training for aircraft operations

The approval of ATT contains the following EASA Part 66 categories for certifying staff:

• Part 66 category A1, A2, A3, A4
• Part 66 category B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, B1.4
• Part 66 category B2

For all categories, ATT offers full courses as well as training with full examinations for general approval.

Modular training for single modules or for removing license restrictions can be offered to satisfy individual requirements.

ATT also offers online training. Students study our Part 66 training materials at home and do the exam in our training centre as soon as they feel prepared. We also offer exam dates for self-learners.

Part 66-type training courses

ATT provides approved theory training in our training centre or on-site. We are also able to provide practical training with customers‘ aircraft on-site. Our type training covers the following aircraft:

• DO 328-100
• DO 328-300
• Bombardier Dash 8-400
• Bombardier CL 604
• Embraer 135 / 145
• Embraer 170 series
• Embraer 190 series
• Embraer 500 (Phenom 100)
• Learjet 40 / 45
• Cessna 525 / 525A

For most of the above-mentioned aircraft types, ATT offers B1 and B2 maintenance-type training courses, or the combined B1 / B2 course.

Part 66 online training for the aviation industry

Our basic courses are also available as Part 66 Web-Based Training (WBT) via the internet. These courses are provided as a modular combination of home-based internet training and exams in our training centre.

Additional training for (Part 145/M) maintenance / repair organisations are also approved and available via the Internet. These include

• Human factors
• Fuel tank safety
• Electrical wiring interconnection system (EWIS)
• Oxygen servicing for some aircraft

All courses can be carried out in the classroom.

About Aviation Technical Training

Aviation Technical Training was founded in 2003 as Cirrus Technical Training GmbH, which is part of the Cirrus Group. ATT started as Part 147 for CAT A mechanics. In 2008, ATT obtained the approval for B1 and B2.

Since 2018, ATT expanded its activities internationally. As a Part 147 Maintenance Training Organisation (Approval N° DE.147.0011), Aviation Technical Training GmbH offers Part 66 Basic Training for all categories, as well as type training for various aircraft.

Aviation Technical Training GmbH has its company headquarters in Saarbrücken, in the South-West of Germany, near the French border.

We offer courses in-house or at the customer’s facility.
