The FNV-402-3000M is a unique 402nm laser diode that delivers the record-breaking output power of >3W. It is built in a compact 9mm TO can (SOT-148). The laser diode offers high reliability and has a long lifetime of more than 47000 hours (MTTF).
The blue high power laser diode is well suited for various applications, for example direct imaging for PCB, industrial lasers, laser display, biomedical and medical lasers.
