The East Styria company Wollsdorf Leder, global market leader of steering wheel full-grain leather, has taken another positive step towards the future.
With the opening of its own development center for parts and sewn seat covers, the company has moved even ‘closer to the customer’.
"In addition to the fully integrated tannery and the punching department in Weiz, the newly opened development department is the next logical step in the direction of the customer," said Wollsdorf Leder director Andreas Kindermann.
"The company’s expansion will further open up some highly qualified jobs, and underlines our claim to market leadership."
The new ‘Development Center Interior’ was equipped with the latest technology in all areas. Together with its highly qualified employees, Wollsdorf Leder will meet the high demands of its various customer groups.
With this promising investment, the company is able to provide a full service in terms of surface leather, and embossed, stitched, as well as printed leather parts.
