The SD28M Series of ground power DC systems are designed for aircraft engine starting and battery charging applications for outdoors point of use installation.

This takes place at the aircraft parking stands, in maintenance hangars or in avionics workshops, aircraft manufacturing plants and training simulators where a quiet, efficient, high stability and reliable DC power source is required.

This compact dimensioned mobile or trolley-type ground power unit is designed for handling by one person but can be towed by the normal airport tugs using the fitted tow-bar. The tow-bar is attached to the front wheel steering assembly and operates the parking brake when moved into the vertical position.
