Data Device Corporation (DDC) adds flexible licensing options to its premiere data bus test and verification, and system integration and simulation software packages, allowing users to select the licensing scheme that exactly fits their needs and their budgets.
Your choice of three flexible licensing options to fit all needs:
- USB Dongle – for ultimate mobility
- Node Locked – secure and dongle-free, ideal for dedicated computers and secure labs
- Network license – offers distributed networking flexibility across multiple labs
Available for all DDC data bus analysis software packages:
- dataSIMS, BusTrACEr™, ARINC Data Bus Analyzer and LabVIEW® Support Package
Security of 12 or 24 month maintenance contracts.
Each licensing option has been optimized for specific applications and user needs. The USB Dongle option offers unlimited mobility, enabling users to readily move software usage from computer to computer with a simple dongle handoff. While the Node Locked option offers secure simplicity, by allowing users to install the software to any one computer, and then use that computer / software combo anywhere, anytime, without external license hardware or network keys. For users wanting the flexibility of distributed network licensing, DDC’s network licensing option allows users to determine exactly how many user instances they need to simultaneously support, and then share the software out to an unlimited potential user pool, across multiple labs.
“By providing these new flexible licensing options, DDC enables users to now save significant implementation costs by selecting the option that efficiently fulfills their exact requirements,” stated Sean Sleicher, DDC’s data bus marketing manager.
