Sound and vibration specialist, Brüel & Kjær is participating at several technical trade shows in the UK during May.
The first event is the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health’s (CIEH) Public Health: Active Evolution on 2-3 May in Cardiff. Brüel & Kjær’s engineers will be exhibiting its all purpose weather Case Type 3535 – a compact and light-weight enclosure for noise monitoring systems.
This is a forum for public and environmental health practitioners to discuss the public health challenges they face. Brüel & Kjær will be on hand throughout the two days to discuss its tools for unattended noise monitoring and investigating persistent noise complaints.
Towards the end of the month, Brüel & Kjær’s industrial experts will also be displaying the 3535 system at Low Frequency 2012, which runs from 22-24 May in Stratford-upon-Avon. The conference will cover all topics relating to low frequency noise and vibration, their effects and control.
The company’s environmental experts will be at the CIEH’s Noise and Statutory Nuisance conference, on 23 May in London, with its neighbour noise complaints system – MATRON3.
As neighbour noise might occur any time during the day or night, Bruel and Kjaer’s digital Sound Level Meter systems can continuously record evidence of the noise for several weeks.
Brüel & Kjær is a leading supplier of sound and vibration solutions for use in many industries, including automotive, aerospace and consumer. The company manufactures microphones, accelerometers, conditioning amplifiers, calibrators, sound-level meters and software.
