In February 2017 Aero Bildungs GmbH took over the ownership of Link & Learn GmbH, an internet company that provides aviation training.
With JAR 66 coming into force in 2001, and subsequently adopted by EASA Part 66, new training concepts and ways of presenting the required content had to be developed.
Advanced and more complex aviation technology has changed job profiles and knowledge requirements for today’s aviation maintenance trainees. At the same time the methods and technologies of knowledge transfer advanced considerably and present a new opportunity for the EASA Part 66 Training requirements.
AERO Bildung is offering the EASA Part 66 training under the blended learning concept for Category A, B1 and B2 certifying staff. This is a combination of web-based e-learning and classroom seminars / exams. By using this concept the time spent in the classroom is reduced by more than 50% and the course attendance is more flexible compared to traditional training.
Customers can choose to sign up for individual modules, module blocks or the entire course.
Web-based multimedia training which is self-paced but controlled through a learning management system with the opportunity to communicate with an assigned Tele-Trainer.
The lower overall cost of this type of training is achieved through a reduction of time away from the job and considerably lower expenses for trips and accommodation.
